This burner gasket had corroded and scorched the whole of the internals of the boiler eventually causing the boiler to fail.

A regular 12 month inspection & clean with a £20 gasket would have prevented this catastrophic failure.

Old leaking Worcester boiler removed and replaced with an A rated Ideal Mini. Pipe work all taken back and tidied up, filter and Hive thermostat fitted.

This system had a really poor flow rate and was struggling to heat the radiators due to poor water quality which was putting added strain & increased gas consumption to the boiler. All sorted adding efficiency and a longer life to the boiler system.
