Life Balance Kinesiology
Using acupressure and muscle response testing to ask your body what it needs. #bioenergy #wellness I offer face to face and online treatments.
Health kinesiology uses the same accupressure points as Ancient Chinese medicine. We use a series of muscle tests to determine strong and weak 'circuits' in the body's bio-energy. If the bio-energy flows freely then the body can function to it's optimum. (Think accupuncture minus the needles, but inclusive of psychological and emotional elements.) Continuing Kinesiology for kids with my own babies.
Why is kinesiology good for children?
There are so many benefits but one main one is thwt children can not always verbalize what is going on internally as a stress.
We absorb energy patterns in the womb.
Subconsciously, we carry these energy patterns through life and may cause a stress.
For example:
Our kids, Globally, have lived through the weirdest time of lock down. Being told not to hug family and seeing us in masks.
It is sad to see how many have anxiety and stress.
We moved twice through lockdown and into a building site.
Everyone has their own story but for little ones it can be hard to explain.
Muscle testing allows us to tap into the body wisdom and clear some emotional stress.
Another big stress for our little ones is electricity and EMF (electro magnetic fields)
I see a huge difference in my kids when they have been in a screen too long.
I use magnets and crystals to detoxify emf from the system, which can help with focus and communication.
There are many benefits to working with the energy system including:
Lymphatic drainage
Reduced stress
Improved sleep
Skin sensitivity
Balance
Coordination
Immune building
Energy flow
Mood balancing
And more

Kinesiology is amazing for children.
I worked with both of my boys while they were in my tummy.
Now, if ever they feel under the weather, they ask for βpointsβ
As we age we follow what our heads tell us but as children we can listen to our bodies.
Sometimes children donβt have the vocabulary or verbal skills to explain what it is they need or what is stressing them.
In a kinesiology session, gentle muscle response tests using an arm, can help us to ask what is going on for them.
For babies and prenatal clients, we can also use a parents arm to muscle test.
This is called surrogate testing.
Children find kinesiology to be very relaxing and fun. They love using crystals and magnets.
I am holding my next βKinesiology for Kidsβ day on 9th March.
