Out on an evening walk to catch the last of the rays with my beautiful blue eyed boy Vinicius.

My take on recipe Shiitake, soba and coconut. I switched out shiitake with tofu and soba with wheat ramen. Such a delicious, warming soup. I also added a little charred tender stem broccoli. Next time will make original recipe. Thank you

This rich dark-looking sauce delivers a combination of the sweet, tangy tamarind and balsamic notes, which marry beautifully. The caramelisation and sour flavours develop into rich moreish characters, and the medium level of heat complements. This is a really well-balanced hot sauce.

There's a lovely black garlic aroma from this hot sauce. We thought it was a well-combined blend of dried fruits, tamarind and garlic. It's an extremely pleasant sauce with a superb texture and an appropriate heat.

This is a hot sauce with inviting, strong acidic aromas and a smooth, dark consistency. The tamarind twangs on the cheek linings, perfectly smoothed out by the black garlic. There's a well-judged level of heat lingering long on the palate. A beautifully constructed sauce.

The balsamic and garlic come through on the nose in a pleasantly sweet way. This works. The contradictory nature of this is its quality. The immediate punchy balsamic gives way to the fruits and then the tamarind creeps in, with the vinegar making a reappearance, almost knocking everything sideways, but not quite, but enough to introduce a well-judged heat and a long, luxurious, complex finish. Very clever, very tasty. Thank you For a small independent like myself I couldn’t be happier! #

A lovely breakfast of smashed chickpea’s and avocado, veggie sausage and sliced vine tomatoes, cracked black pepper laid on a lovely corn crisp bread. Delicioso!

Breakfast this morning. Basmati rice cooked with cardamom and pistachio. Covered with a banana and date smoothie sauce. Topped with fresh fruit. Delicious!
