Cayman Islands Fire Training 🚒

Last month, our lead instructor Graham travelled to Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac to teach a Firefighter Revalidation Course.

Continuing our close relationship with the Cayman Islands Fire & Rescue team and working with their Instructor, assessing the competency of their Firefighters both practically and theoretically.

We’re delighted to continue our endorsement with JOIFF as an accredited training provider following our recent audit. Thank you to Gerry Johnson from JOIFF for completing the audit and presenting us with our certification.

A little over 40 years ago Bob, one of our instructors at the Newcastle International Training Academy, spent time showing 15-year old work experience student, Graham Reeve, around the Airport.

Fast forward to 2024, Graham is now one of the lead instructors at the Academy working closely with Bob and last week they both worked alongside 15-year-old Thomas...who was on his work experience at the Academy!

Talk about full circle 🤩

It’s a pleasure to have members of the emergency response team from Lynemouth Power Ltd with us this week.

The team have completed a bespoke industrial fire course covering areas such as hot fires and working at height.
