Newcastle Upon Tyne

We are looking to recruit an experienced HGV or PSV Technician to join our team in Stanley County Durham. The ideal candidate should be an experienced Technician, Engineer, Mechanic or similar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing jobs both unsupervised and as part of a team and will involve inspecting, repairing & servicing a range of HGV and PSV vehicles to and beyond minimum DVSA standards, MOT preparation and Fault Finding/Diagnosis.
Reporting to the workshop manager, you will be working 40hrs a week on a standard day-shift but flexibility is required to fit in with company requirements.
Candidates will have a working knowledge of either HGV or PSV maintenance procedures, ideally with a minimum NVQ III or IRTEC qualification.
HGV & PSV Drivers Licence and valid DCPC card would be preferred but is not essential.
