Regular exercise can boost your mood if you have depression, and it's especially useful for people with mild to moderate depression.

Any type of exercise is useful, as long as it suits you and you do enough of it. Exercise should be something you enjoy; otherwise, it will be hard to find the motivation to do it regularly.

How often do you need to exercise?
To stay healthy, adults should do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity every week.

While staying positive is important, the phrase "Positive Vibes Only" can sometimes do more harm than good. It suggests that negative emotions aren't welcome, which can make people feel like they need to hide their true feelings.

The reality is, life is full of ups and downs. It's okay to feel sad, anxious, or frustrated. These emotions are part of being human, and acknowledging them is essential for our mental well-being.

Instead of pushing for "positive vibes only," let's focus on being real, supportive, and understanding. It's okay not to be okay. ๐Ÿ’™
