Third session completed yesterday.
Thisis a super fine tattoo and will need a fourth session. This is because my clients hair is so fine, it need’s a gradual build to create perfection. However as you can see it’s pretty much perfect now!

This is what I do, the perfect shaved head tattoo.

The final touches ( the red and white blotches will go, just super sensitive skin) at yesterday’s review session at my clinic in Cockermouth Cumbria. This is a sharper look and client is loving his SMP!
His full head has been tattooed, it will settle and soften slightly. This will last up to 3 years.

Final session to camouflage failed hair transplant scars and baldness. The scalp was damaged and had a purple shaded effect mainly on the front section as you can see on the pictures.

We have covered the whole head over 4 sessions with a super fine needle to match my client real hair stubble thickness.
This will settle and the front will soften, this is fresh off the needle today.
With camouflage you can never change the texture of the skin, it will never be 100%, however as shown her we can make a massive improvement.

The key is to manage expectations. There are a couple tiny patches on my clients hairline that will always remain as scar tissue that cannot be treated.

My client travelled from Scotland for treatment for his alopecia patches with me today.
As you can see we have had a great result covering the bright skin patches so they blend in with his hair. SWIPE 👆
They were visible no matter how he styled his hair.
However after two sessions they are camouflaged in with his hair and no longer visible.
For this client I used dark brown eyebrow pigment and shaded the whole area over two sessions.

This will last 18 months if you looked after it. Even a soft light tattoo like this lasts well over 12 month when it is done right.

This suits my young client who likes this sharper look but with natural soft skin fade sides, no snap on hair here!!! It will settle and lighten a little.

Another full head finished today. This is shaved down to the smooth skin.
My tattoo technique makes it looks so real. It is perfectly blended into the shadow on the back of the head and softly faded on the front and sides.

Back to work today! After a fabulous week off I am back at it. This is one of my clients whose SMP is fully healed. FULL HEAD! Review session today and it’s perfect, this will last over 2 years.

Soft shadow SMP as my client has very fine hair shaved smooth.
This kind of SMP takes longer as it’s such a fine gradual build up so you can see the tattoo but it’s meticulously blended into a light shadow.

I love a challenge 💪🏻! It’s perfect.

I have used two needle sizes to get the hair matched in perfectly.
Scars added to make it a little less perfect and more natural! We are both ecstatic with the results! Face covered for privacy!

3rd session today! Fresh off the needle it will settle over the next 48 hours. SWIPE ➡️
My client does not want a shaved head. We compromised and he had his hair reluctantly cut short. He had to agree it looked so much better shorter with SMP!
This treatment is great for thinning hair however these are key things to remember;

✔️Short hair looks better and is easier to tattoo
✔️Tattoo fine dots that are built up over the sessions using 2 needle sizes
✔️Tattoo like there is no hair, don’t over pack pigment in the skin
✔️4 sessions
✔️ Manage expectations

This treatment isn’t for everyone. DM for more info or to book a consultation.

HOWEVER….
-density is not suitable for everyone
-no smooth bald spots
-must have an even coverage of hair
-the tattoo has to be like you are tattooing a bald head. Crisp evenly spaced dots,
-it’s not about packing pigment in the skin
-it’s about making the hair look thicker as a stubbly root
-if your client lost their hair over time they should be left with the look of a shave head. You will just have to blend a little and top it up.
-it’s tougher to tattoo on oily skin and hair, make sure you clients know this and that it fades faster

All finished today! My client wanted to keep his receding hairline, nothing too dramatically different.
SMP throughout his hair to give it density as a short buzz cut. He had an even amount of hair all over, no smooth bald patches therefore this look can be created.

Density only works where there is an even amount of hair! .

From one extreme to the other! ➡️ Fully finished after 4 sessions of SMP.

The reason this was 4 full sessions is due to my client having pale sensitive skin and ultra fine fair hair. This process had to be taken slow and built up over the months.

Totally worth it for this perfect finish. The most real tattoo shaved head here North East and Cumbria.

Second session ➡️ scar coverage and SMP to blend in what was left of a failed transplant.

We have had to keep the hairline quite neat as there is scarring. I have blended it in as much as I can without going lower, this is to keep it looking soft and even all over.

I always get asked how will it look between sessions? My answer is awesome! However it’s never fully finished until after session 3.

The 3rd session is the finisher this is where the 3D stubble is created.

Failed transplant - SMP guaranteed results! This is just the first session. Let’s get the full head of hair this guy wanted. (Shaved obviously !)

First session today covering patches and scarring from an old transplant that didn’t work. SWIPE ➡️The first of 3 sessions, already you can see it being evened out and blended seamlessly into his natural hair.

This will heal lighter, we will be doing another session next week. The texture of the skin at the front is scarred from the transplant procedure therefore it is darker.

I will make sure it is even all over, using 04 needle as his hair is super fine. I will create the finest dots around this area.
