•Sleep- get to bed for 10pm for optimum healing. Your mind and body are interconnected

•Supplements- needed for every cell in your body

•Exercise- give time to your body and build the body you want

•Affirmations- we are always talking to ourselves. Talk nice!!

•Meditation- re wire your thoughts to be more intentional and selective

•Sunshine- take the good and protect from the bad.

It’s my Birthday and the beginning of an exciting new decade 🌟 I’ve done some really positive things this past year and I feel fantastic for it so I’ll share here with you.

I’m super proud of my fitness and barre body with expert training with the best gang of people I could wish to know and train with. I hydrate with Energy Fizz Sticks from my Arbonne Shop

I had a sculpture exhibited, I had 4 poems published in a beautiful book which is incredible considering the start to the year. January brings my jewellery course and art project to culminate in a body of work for International Womens Day.

I take good care of myself with a breakfast blend I have every morning, to keep my gut and skin in optimum health. I use from my Arbonne shop:
Be Well Superfood Greens- 1 scoop
Innercalm- 1 scoop
Mind Health- 1 sachet

Signpost To Jupiter
For creative people like me, we have to be excited by things, by new discoveries! I’m very grateful for this incredible place.

I recently visited the Scottish sculpture park Jupiter Artland. The most incredible 100 acre sculpture garden near Edinburgh. I needed a day in this magical place to explore the art and landscape and be inspired 💫

This piece reminds me we are orbiting the sun, just orbiting the sun on our planet earth 🌍 It’s inspired me to look at our solar system and I have a new interior project of my own. You all know I love the universe, right? 🚀
