Raising awareness against abandoning and littering, the everyday rubbish we all too often find on the side of the road, by encouraging each of us to collect what is already scattered in the environment.

This is the goal of Keep Clean and Run for Peace , the plogging eco-marathon that ended last week in Gandino (Bg).

Starting on Saturday 29 April from the Marmolada, in 7 days the two runners Roberto Cavallo and ran 340 km, collecting abandoned waste found along the route, supported by over 1000 citizens and students from the 38 municipalities involved in the event.

In total, over 600 kilos of abandoned waste were collected, for a total reduction of around 427 kg of CO2 not emitted into the atmosphere.

January was a great month for the Scarpa Trail running team picking up impressive results at the Spine Race and Arc of Attrition.

First up Jon Shield set a new course record at the Spine Sprint - followed up with a great result for Dougie Zinis - finishing joint 3rd in the full winter Spine Race.

Then last weekend at the Arc of Attrition Emma Stuart came in first place in the 100 and in the 50 Mark Darbyshire came in 1st with Luke Roberts finishing in 3rd!

We are pleased to say that Lorpen T3 Trail Running Padded Eco has come out on top in the latest Live for the Outdoors test.

The T3 Trail Running Padded ECO was best in test with the testers loving the breathability and multi-material design.

MBC athlete has been out in Turkey at a crag called Çitdibi over the winter.⁠
