Well, this is the 3rd bathroom we have installed for this returning customer 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

I must say we are a big fan of the monochrome theme 👌🏼 the whole room pops and gives the wow factor. We worked the layout to accommodate a larger shower area and some bathroom storage. A niche for toiletries was installed to keep that shower tray clean and tidy. Clean lines as always for the niche set out

What a transformation this one is!

Our clients' requirements were to have a large shower area, so we removed the original 760x760 enclosure and installed a 1700×700 shower tray wall to wall.

We combined the large shower tray with a wetroom panel, wall hung toilet, and wall hung basin unit for ease of cleaning. Luxury vinyl click wood plank floor and a light grey wall tile.

We also installed a made to measure mirror to open the shower room up and give a greater element of space.

Here's the final lot of before and after shots of this stunning ensuite transformation in a Persimmon Westminster.

Matt black brassware, anthracite 1200x600 large format tiles, grey slate shower tray, and LED lighting to finish it off 👌🏼 We underlit the wall mounted mirrored units, wall hung pan and niche to make it pop. Dropped the boxing in the corner and installed a new air admittance valve to create more space.

Massive transformation on this one 👌🏼

A freestanding bath in front of the window is a must... Although the metalic tiles and the gunmetal brassware combination set this job off!

We enlarged the shower area to a walk in 1700×900 with a wetroom panel configuration. Fully waterproofed prior to tiling of course 👌🏼 A bespoke LED shower niche was installed for toiletries. We also installed an exposed bar diverter shower, wall hung basin unit and wall hung pan with feature LED lighting. A double wall mounted toothbrush charging point and demister led mirror to finish the room off.

Safe to say a lot of hard graft went into this one and a good few obstacles were overcome ✔️

All the lighting is tuneable/dimmable from a wireless controller. I have to say the lighting makes the project! So big thanks to Jay for all the advice on the top class products.

The undermounted vanity unit centre draw is 900mm wide to match the full width of the backlit mirror. It looks larger in the photos for some reason! Loads of additional work to store some toilet rolls, but I hope you think it's been worth it.

Here's a white marble beauty we completed recently in Melbury, Great Park.

The old suite and tiles stripped back to the bones, re plumbed, boarded, waterproofed, and refitted with :

- 1100 combination vanity unit with all in one Sculptured Stone Basin.
- Back to wall Como pan
- Colmar basin mixer
- Arles 800×500 chrome towel radiator
- 1700x700 single ended bath
- Reinforced waterproof bath panel
- Curved shower screen
- Garda cool touch shower

We also fitted a large made to measure mirror that completely opened the space up. Mixed with the marble porcelain, it's a much bigger space to the eye.

The same layout to the original for a change, although the bathroom was massively updated. A wall was removed in the shower area to create more visual space and a niche installed for toiletries. Fully waterproofed prior to tiling as standard from us ✔️

The client opted for a sit on the basin, so we combined a wall hung basin unit with a made to measure solid surface worktop 👌🏼

Here's our latest bathroom transformation in a again trying to utilise the space as best as possible. Opting for a concealed cistern and back to the wall pan, also a freestanding bath with niche for all those bathroom essentials.

Here's the latest bathroom transformation! A massive overhaul in this one with both the bath and shower switching locations. We squared the room off, thinking ahead to the next bathroom project on the other side of the wall ✔️ All about making the most of the space in here, and I hope you agree it's been well utilised 👌🏼 Feature lighting in our opinion is essential to put that final touch on the project and make it pop.

As usual, we stripped this one back to the bones and removed the stud partition wall. This completely opened the space up and created a larger shower area. Unfortunately the pipework didn't permit for the shower tray to be installed flat to the floor nor the bath. So we installed a platform and added some bespoke feature LED lighting 🤩

Here's the before and after pictures of a recent shower room project on Greenside Great Park.

We transformed this fairly straightforward ensuite by eliminating all unnecessary studd walls and boxing. We lowered the wall to wall shower tray flat to the floor. Also adding a bespoke made to measure mirror to give the additional element of space.

Well, here's the final photos of another project in Great Park. We loved the finished outcome on this one. The matt black sanitary wear against the white marble always works a treat 👌🏼 lots of effort with the marble veins as usual ✔️ and we also compiled a custom vanity unit for a unique feature alongside the wall hung pan.

This was the 3rd and final bathroom we have completed for the same great clients. Great coffee also! ☕️

It's all about the set out and smaller details that no one particularly notices on this one. We some how managed to set the bathroom out with a full tile to the top of the door, top of the window, top of the toilet boxing, base of the smaller bath niche and a full tile to the rear of the shower niche ✔️

Also how bad are new build layouts 😱 it just shows what you can do with a bit of creative thinking.
