Had the pleasure of fitting 11 of these column radiators throughout a beautiful property to transform the spaces

Probably the easiest one we had to do as the customer was management at Jewsons, so together they had the suite and the tiles already chosen and ready to go and had most of it ripped out and majority reboarded along with new electrics 🙌🏻 standard repipe and fully tiled by us with a lovely finishing touch of underfloor heating 🤍

Second half of the project was to remove the downstairs shower room and supply and fit a new utility room which we got from Howdens. We just had to install new hot and colds and new wastes and of Ian & James Davison: Joinery and Building Contractors worked his magic installing it 🤍

Slightly different from where we started 🤍 unfortunately we uncovered some nasty surprises on this one but nothing we couldn't over come...
Standard full rip out, repiped in new positios, new soil stack, air gap frame work installed, reboarded and skimmed, new electrics throughout half height tiles with herringbone in the shower and underfloor heating to complete. Tiling by and tiles from Westerhope Tile Centre and plastering by Bmc plastering and damp proofing

This a prime example of any small project can get instantly blown out of the water 🤦🏼‍♂️ we originally went to replace the shower area but unfortunately when we removed the shower area we discovered the state of the walls behind and we were left with no choice to rip it all out and start again 😏 I didn't have the time to spare so luckily Bmc plastering and damp proofing made himself available to insulate, fully reboard and plaster the whole room for me before came in and tiled for me, wrapped up with joinery by James division. We reused the original basin and toilet to claw some of the budget back and went for sensible priced grey tiles. Tiles from Westerhope Tile Centre

Part of a house renovation... First gas central heating system installed into the property... Garage is getting halfed to make it a new utility area so we decided to put the boiler in there out of way

Another conversation completed with a 10 year warranty. We were only meant to be doing the conversation which was then made very apparent that it needed a full repipe of the property and then decided to redo all 10 of the radiators as well with these lovely column ones. thanks again to Serenity Bathrooms of Prudhoe for putting me on to this

Quick conversation completed with Gilmore & Stephenson Gas Services. Ripped out old back boiler, tanks and cylinder and then built out wall to make a new flat surface for installing a new combi with a 10 year warranty in the basement.

Simple out with the old and in with the new with this quick Combi swap... 15 year old Baxi finally needed to call it a day and replaced with it's new counterpart with a 10 year warranty.

Standard strip back, repipe and boarded where needed and now just some gloss work to do. Perfect combination of brass wear and furniture to kit it out and fully tiled with some beautiful grey marble tiles from Westerhope Tile Centre with underfloor heating all fitted by Lee-Paul BWtiling . New Baxi combi boiler fitted with a 10 year warranty, one of few remaining 40kw models and a new 22mm external gas pipe run due to concrete floors all ready and prepped for the new kitchen and future ensuite... Electrics will be tidied up with kitchen company when they slide a large unit around the boiler.

First boiler of the year with a 10 warranty. Was meant to be starting a bathroom today but when your mates boiler packs in you need to make things work. Thankfully I've got amazing understanding customers 🖤

Quick utility area put in a garage with 🖤 took the hot and colds directly from the boiler which made life so much easier. Units and work top from . Electrics just need putting in under the worktop then splash back put on...

You don't get much for £2700 these days but you can have this... 😁 Couple bits of decorating to do and it'll be finished 🖤 full repipe, boarded, plastered, tiled and finished of with a new basin, toilet and towel rail.
