The Paris Olympics 2024 starts today 🏅 For those who don’t know, Jazzercise played a significant role in the 1984 Olympics. Judi held the Olympic torch and brought as many as 300 members of the Jazzercise community together to dance during the opening ceremony 💕

Warm days, beautiful scenery, and outdoor living…we’re loving summer already! As we adjust our lifestyle to enjoy the season, you should consider adjusting your fitness routine, too. Here are some of our favorite tips that will elevate your summer wellness.
🕒 Work out whenever you have the time, but avoid outdoor workouts during the hottest part of the day. Luckily, studio workouts are perfect no matter the outdoor temp... check our schedule to plan your next class.
💧Set a water goal for each day to ensure you’re properly hydrated.
🥑 Eat high-protein, nutrient-dense foods for optimal recovery and hydration. Our favourites are fatty fish, avocados, eggs, nuts, and veggies with hummus.

Jazzercise LO Chair is designed especially for those recovering from injury/surgery, pregnant/post pregnancy, seniors or people just starting out on their fitness journey who want to progress slowly to our regular classes.
Jazzercise LO Chair classes are minimal impact with maximum results! Get your heart rate up without impact. High impact movements are replaced with muscle focused alternatives to protect your joints and maximise your results! All the FUN of Jazzercise but at a slower, more gentle pace, using the chair for support throughout the class!
Here are some frequently asked questions…
How long will the classes be?
Each class will be 45 minutes long and include a warm up some cardio (dance) and then strength training (which is also skillfully choreographed to make it effective but also FUN!)
Will there be cardio and strength training?
Yes! Dance based cardio to raise your heart rate and strength training to help maintain muscle and bone density focussing on your upper torso, legs and abdominals.
What do I wear?
You can wear anything that you feel comfortable working out in, but a good pair of trainers is essential!

Our Story

Start working it.... with Jazzercise. It is a fusion of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kick boxing movements. Benefits include cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and that overall "feel good" factor that comes from working out. All ages are catered for with a high impact version and lower intensity alternatives.
The global fitness programme, Jazzercise, will celebrate its 50 anniversary in 2019; this is something with staying power that people of all ages and all levels of fitness can enjoy and feel the benefits of.
Jazzercise has been running classes in East Anglia for over 30 years in all its counties. Sarah Gray started providing classes in Newmarket, Soham, Red Lodge, Thetford and Burwell over 25 years ago and, with this additional class, now runs 15 classes per week.
