I am sharing some progress images of one of my lovely patients who has kindly allowed me to share these images. She has been coming to see me regularly for anti-wrinkle treatment for over 4 years.
Top images were taken at the start of 2019, prior to any anti-wrinkle treatment. The bottom images were taken yesterday, February 2023, before her next regular treatment. My patient is contracting her muscles as much as she can in both images. As you can see, the muscle mass and movement ability has dramatically decreased over this timeframe. This has resulted in a drastic improvement in the appearance of static and dynamic lines.
Botulinum toxin blocks the release of acetylcholine, resulting in a temporary paralysis of the injected muscles. This effect lasts on average 3-4 months.
For best results, have treatment at regular intervals. As we can see from these images, the muscles now contrast much less than they did four years ago and the deep lines from 2019 are now much smoother and softer.

The range of premium hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used in clinic define and rehydrate the lips, whilst giving natural subtle volume. This, alongside tried and tested techniques used for many years, means you are in safe hands. I will never over fill, or create unnatural looking results. This result was achieved over two sittings with two syringes of dermal filler.
