Our last class at Red lodge last night consisted of a full house of fantastic people with high energy, counting down load and proud and and providing an awesome atmosphere
As I said last night, your support for us to teach this truly wonderful form of training over the years has been second to none
You have been a true pleasure to teach and we wish you all well and good health for the future
Red lodge was where our journey started and we never knew it was going to bring us this far with our own health and fitness, so to be able to share the method with you all, making great friendships along the way makes our hearts glow
We will continue to do so at home for as long as we are able to and hope you will continue too

whilst the same class could quite easily challenge a world-class Olympic athlete, even beyond their capabilities
It truly can cover both ends of the spectrum, safely, legitimately and without having to adapt itself beyond recognition.
So remember!
Everyone is working at their best intensity and with the same level of personal effort every time we take part, so it really is a team effort
