When your great nephew comes to visit and is receptive to all the loveliness… dragon frequency tubes followed by a foot massage, love what I do!

Opening our hearts and minds to new ideas and experiences can be incredibly enriching for ourselves at any age or time in life.

I started making my last mala just before my mum passed, which I’ve not picked back up, so today for me was to pick it back up from where I left off.

A contribution to help raise awareness for
An amazing old school friend of mine, has been organising different activities for her colleagues in her department at addenbrookes hospital (NHS) blood donation centre!
I was fortunate enough to be part of this, and offered mini breath work and meditation sessions.

Not the same I know but as I was not able to give blood twice I tried, I offered my time to the amazing people behind the scenes of this amazing service we have to save lives, that I know!

Playful is light-hearted, or light of heart.
It means jumping up because you can.
It means embracing the slight uncertainty of landing because nothing can be certain anyway.

It means reaching for the stars and grabbing handfuls of air because air is what we need, anyway, to breathe.

You dancing outside, open to life’s thunderstorms as well as to its rainbows, keeping it real, rather than precisely as it is, with the end goal of having you love the world as it is, rather than as it ought to be… which keep raging life at a distance from the coziness of your protective cocoons.

Embrace your playful side…. Keep exploring!

Being a support might help you find some words to use or encourage you to offer your support to someone in the first place.

However, one of the best ways you can do this doesn’t involve you speaking any words at all.
Sometimes, all anyone needs are for us to be good listeners.

They may not want to talk about what is bothering them at that moment, but knowing they have someone who will listen to them is one of the most supportive things we can do for someone else.

For some ways to help out the people in your life who might need some support during a tough time.

Support each other! You’re not alone! Reach out! Check in!

So today I did a photo shoot but I went out of my comfort zone to a
Why? I’m embracing my feminine energies more in my life finding the yin side of me…

I choose to work with the lovely for the reason and the experience was amazing, yet emotional on different levels, I also got which I never really do by the lovely the energy these two bring are fab! They work amazing together and hopefully one day we will all get to work together soon! What do you think ladies?

From enchanting nature's beauty that evoke visions of lush meadows full of brilliantly-colored flowers or dense forests with sky-high trees to present—and absolutely fundamental—role in our lives, within nature it will have you itching to get off your couch and get outside.

So whether you keep it simple and kick back in your garden with your family or you do something a bit more adventurous, like hitting the local trails for a hike with your pup or a yoga retreat, take a moment to get outdoors and appreciate the world's natural wonders, since spending a little bit of time in nature is like chicken soup for the soul—and we could all use a little more of this.

What a year 2022 was, yet grateful for a lot too.

A new year is a milestone and it’s about new goals, inspirations, and the desire to unveil a new chapter in life. Inspirational new year to bring new hope to make our things better.

Finish each year with a few good lessons and start fresh by showing that you learned the lessons well in the past.

The new year has brought another opportunity to fix things for us and open up a new chapter in our lives.

Leave the old chapters filled with anxiety behind you and start the new year with happiness, joy, and laughter.

Life can be filled with its ups and downs. Every once in awhile, we find ourselves either in happiness or facing a struggle that comes to test our resilience and or integrity.

Within such challenges often lies an opportunity to push ourselves forward in life by overcoming them. Such victory can leave us with lessons that will go a long way to make us stronger in the face of any other future challenges.
Our ability to overcome often lies in the way we feel and think about ourselves and what exactly our expectations and beliefs are. Both of these factors are very important in determining how we handle challenges in our lives.
Starting in your thoughts. When your thought pattern changes, everything around you changes. It’s with your thoughts that you can transform the quality of your life.

The thing is, overcoming our struggles is what helps us find our peace, happiness, and strength in life. In fact, it’s only when we learn how to overcome the struggle that we find our true greatness. 

In that spirit, it’s how we overcome struggles to help shift energies and focus on the courage, happiness, and success that you want and deserve, even when life is difficult.

There’s no denying it….. Thinking about and dreaming of the ocean brings us both joy and calmness yet truly soothes the soul.
In times of stress, we turn to the ocean for it’s for words of wisdom.
To remind us of our strength and resilience, our love and vulnerabilities. They help us to weather tough times and challenges, knowing calmer seas will soon replace the storm.

There’s nothing like standing at the edge of the ocean with each wave barreling in one after the other, our senses can’t help but be ignited. Smelling that salty sea breeze, seeing its vastness as our eyes scan the horizon to try to comprehend its end, and feeling so small in the middle of its mighty roar or quiet stillness: these are emotions only the ocean can stir.

A world of wonder and mystery, let these incredible ocean open your mind and your heart to the great unknown.

When you sit near the ocean and gaze out at the water, you give your brain and senses a rest from overstimulation, getting into a mindful state, and trigger insights and ideas.

As the sea can also inspire you to be more compassionate and connected.
While in the restful, contemplative state associated with interacting with water, you are likely to experience feelings of awe, which can increase your capacity for connection.

There’s no deny in their breathtaking beauty. Whatever the season, whatever the mountain, you have the opportunity to appreciate nature at its best.
No picture or words can do it justice, you have to be there.

Getting a sense of time standing still. You imagine that the mountain has looked exactly the same for a really long time, and you imagine you will still look and feel the same for a really long time too. On a mountain, time seems slow and settled around you.

Noticing how wonderfully clean the air is. The purity and freshness of what we breathe in when on a mountain feels cleansing and life-enhancing. You realize how tainted the air we usually breathe is. Take it in deeply, feel the benefit.

Knowing that there is always something new to explore on a mountain, a new path to travel. Mountains are rich with wondrous delights, capable of satisfying your primal urges for exploration. Marvel in their beauty. Be awed by their vastness, and appreciate the gift that they are…..
