Amazing time had at Balliol’s College annual Gala Dinner. This was the third consecutive year we provided the catering for them - we love coming back to Oxford University each year.

Every now and again we meet a couple who completely steels our hearts… Gina and James are simply incredible people.
So so beautiful together, so perfect for each other and some of the nicest, caring people you’ll ever meet. We were hugely delighted to be part of their wedding celebrations at Freud’s in Oxford in mid-December. A great venue, a breathtakingly beautiful bride and very handsome groom, family, friends and a great vibe throughout the day - we loved it!!

Great food choices for James and Gina’s wedding in December this year, great meeting and spending some time together earlier this week ☺️💍💕.

* Crispy breadcrumbed pork belly
* Chicken liver parfait
* Ham hock terrine, toasted sourdough

Fresh pappardelle, beef shin ragù, lemon-dressed fennel… simple dish, but utterly delicious 😋

Smoked duck breast, charred peach and a delicious mango salsa… a huge favourite ❤️

Our “Best of British” sharing boards, hugely popular as a starter.
One of the best things about this is that these can be on the tables as your guests walk in, so if you take a little longer with your photos - nothing gets cold 😉

Scallops, cauliflower purée and crispy pancetta… delicious starter for a recent private dinner 😋.

Incredible four days spent at the stunning Huntsham Court in Tiverton for - Bob Cunningham 60th birthday celebrations.
Paella, a load of delicious tapas and breakfast everyday - totally in love with the place and the people ☺️.
