Scott will be guiding you through a Breathwork session every Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm. Book via links in bio
This class has been crafted by combining multiple Breathwork techniques and guided meditation so that I can guide and support you through a dynamic, powerful, activated and deeply intimate reconnection of mind and body. My class will begin with a check-in and a process of personal and private intention setting to strengthen your relationship with your needs week to week. We will create a safe space for you to reclaim your relationship to self. I will then guide you through a powerful Breathwork journey where we will experience insight, inner wisdom, presence, release, connection, healing, deep relaxation and together, we will work to strengthen your somatic awareness.
