After 4 long years since acquiring and redeveloping the office building at 30A Kilmorey Street, Newry I, Adrian Toner, am now proud to announce that in partnership with IWG plc the premises formally re-opened today (5th August 2024) as a Regus office. I sincerely hope that this new facility will help rejuvenate much needed commercial activity in this part of the city.
Iโd like to say a big thank you to some of the many people who have made today happen. Firstly, Iโd like to thank my wife and family, who have been supportive throughout this project.
Thanks to my architect Gerry Rogers at GMR Architects Ltd, to local contractors Eamon Cunningham at Space Contract Interiors Ltd and to Eamon Toner at Precise Contracts Ltd for making these offices the Grade A offices I had envisaged.
Thank you also to Kate, Tony and others at the Independent Club for their patience and understanding during the redevelopment and to all the other neighbors and residents on Kilmorey Street and Cronin Park.
Thanks also to Newry council and to all the other local businesses who have wished me well during the last few years.
