Acknowledgement from the family of the late Kevin Clarke - R.I.P.

We, the family of the late Kevin Clarke R.I.P. of 35 Flagstaff Road, Newry, would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. Thank you to all who sent messages of sympathy and those who attended the wake and funeral. Also a sincere thanks to those who stood as a guard of honour your presence was very much appreciated.

Thank you to our relatives, friends, neighbours and local businesses who brought food to our home, it was very much appreciated, a big thank you to all the gentlemen who did the work around the yard to make sure there was ample parking and to the parking stewards for organising the parking over the period of the wake.

Thank you to all the medical staff and carers involved in Kevin’s care. Special thank you to Fr. Naughton for his kind words, his spiritual guidance and for conducting such a beautiful Requiem Mass and for regularly visiting Kevin. Our thanks to Claire and Ellen for the lovely music and singing at the mass.

Sincere thanks to McGennity Funeral Directors for the dignified and caring manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements and to the Carrickdale for the post-funeral catering.

It would be impossible to thank everyone individually so please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our heartfelt gratitude for your support and compassion during this difficult time.

Kevin's Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday the 7th July at 10am in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Cloughoge.

Funeral notice for the late Kevin Clarke - R.I.P.

Clarke, Kevin - R.I.P. 35 Flagstaff Road, Newry. 7th June 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Bernice and loving father of Charlene, Gary, Conor and Gavin.

Kevin’s remains will repose at his home from 1.00pm today (Saturday 8th June) until removal on Monday morning (10th June) at 11.15am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Cloughoge. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for him.

Very deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, son-in-law Chris, daughters-in-law Christina, Ciara and Kirsty, brother, sister, nieces, nephews and the extended family circle.

May he rest in peace.
