New class timetable. from 10th June.
we are constantly making improvements to our class timetable by adding new classes or changing times to suit members etc. Attached is our latest timetable for the coming months.
With the success of our Hyrox Conditioning classes we are now running them on Tuesday and Thursdays 7:00am for the early risers and 19:00pm for the evening gang. The same class that is run in the morning will be done in the evening class.
Another change is moving the PILATES HIIT class on a Wednesday after the YOGA, this will give people the chance to go to both classes when they are in the gym.
