This house had a few leaks under the floors over the years now was the time to sort out and update

- All downstairs pipe work replaced including valves on rads and walls stripped to remove contaminated plasterwork
- Ground floor tiles through kitchen and hall with new carpet in living room
- Bathroom refurbed, tiled and all new sanitary ware
- New Boiler supplied and fitted
- kitchen units got new doors and kick boards as carcasses were in good condition
- New skirting and architrave and painted throughout

Front Porch Refurbishment

The corner posts and windows of this porch where completely rotten and so the overall structure had been compromised

We removed everything right back and installed steel corner posts
Built Timberframe internal wall and block outer wall
The existing door wasn’t that long installed so only new windows to match were needed from
Plastered inside and out
New tiles to floor and spotlights to the ceiling

BESPOKE SHOE STORAGE

Client had this unused Alcove behind the front door that footwear just got dumped when coming in from the outside

So we wanted something that would fill the space but not be overpowering but also be super functional for storing the footwear that would be there

UPSTAIRS CONVERSION

Client had large upstairs bathroom which was largely unused due to en-suite and downstairs bathroom being most accessible

Plan was to
- Remove this existing bathroom and stud wall
- To open up whole area into large bedroom
- Split small room at rear so to have a good size en-suite and walk in wardrobe
- Re-direct plumbing works and electrics to suit
- Plastered out and 2nd fix joinery again in Oak

Wouldn’t even know there was a bathroom there previously and leaves the space so much more functional
