What does it take to run a business for 30 years? Having the best people on your side!

We have been blessed (as evidenced all week!) with some of the most incredible staff, suppliers and customers for 30 years now and our business would be nothing without you all.

Here's a little throwback to some of our earlier days in the kitchen and original receipts from our suppliers and our lease. We still use the same suppliers today such as Corn Dolly Foods!

Good evening everyone, just wanted to reach out about today and how difficult it was to not be able to run our business as usual !!! Unfortunately it was giving us flashbacks of the dark days when we first opened almost 30 years ago!!!
We were extremely disappointed and frustrated as so many of our customers must have been unable to go about their day to day routines and missed calling in to us as part of that routine!! We also had to let down a lot of our customers as a result of being evacuated and then had to cancel orders at such late notice!! This whole pointless fiasco today not only has an economic & financial impact but also a significant psychological effect. Part of Monaghan street is still closed at present but we are hopeful that we will be back to business tomorrow!!!🙏 We are looking forward to getting back to normal and serving our customers with no more unnecessary disruptions!! Thank you all for your patience and understanding we are very grateful for all the support from our customers 🙏

Have you heard!? It's our 30th Birthday and we'll be honouring some of our fondest memories over the month of June!

Here we were, a group of young sisters with just a dream and some simple sketches to create what is now a renowned brand.

Our name was inspired by global food trends. From the beginning, we were always on the lookout for new and exciting recipes that we could take back to our little cafe in Newry.

We wanted to create the perfect mix between a traditional Deli and "Lite", healthy bites - a nod to our nutritious and homegrown food.

We are so excited 😆 this is our 30th Birthday month 🎂🎈 and we’re in the mood to celebrate 🥳

Welcome in this new month of June with open arms, and lay fear, regret and self-judgement, at the back door of May - she will take them for you.
She will relish that job in fact, she is the month of rebirth after all.
And you don’t need those heavy burdens going forward.
June is the nod to really begin living, being, surrendering to the now.
You need space, to let in the good stuff.
The weight you feel, can be lost my friends, by simply closing your eyes and releasing the winter-worn you to the skies.
Imagine that floating away.
You will feel lighter I promise.
Take stock of nature’s beauty all around, it is by far the best show you can attend.
And the entrance fee is simply taking off your blinkers of busyness, to really see.
And as you do so, use that crystal vision to re-see yourself…there is much wonder you are missing.
