Another job completed by the team this week in Warrenpoint for Ronan and Donna, (1st photos before and after ) Removal of old flags and soil etc from both sides of the garden, installing of road Kerbs and Type 3 hardcore to bring up the Patio level, then laying Tobermore Shannon Slate Paviors on Paving Grit all half bonded and finished with silver granite sand. Building a new front step with Charcoal Kerbs inset with Shannon Slate Paviors.

Job completed this week in Lisburn ( Very wet when completed job as photos show) Excavation of the back garden with micro digger, levelling back garden all on one level with Type 3 hardcore for foundation of the new Patio. Installing Acco drains by the garage and the mid point of the new Patio area with new Gulleys installed. Laying of over 55sqm of Tobermore Shannon Bracken Paviors on Paving Grit all half bonded, with Charcoal Kerbs at the side and back of the new Patio that has been laid.

Two small jobs completed by the team this week, plus one more stated in Lisburn to be completed next week.
1st job 25sqm of Tobermore Shannon Slate Paviors laid with new Gulleys and Acco drains. 2nd job 30 feet of fencing erected with 1.8m high fence boards. 3rd Job Excavation of back garden with Micro digger removal of old flags and soil beaneath, levelling up area then adding Type 3 hardcore for foundation of new Patio area. Laying of Tobermore Shannon Bracken Paviors on Paving Grit with new Acco drains, with a Charcoal border as a new step to the Patio area. ( Job to be completed next week)

Another job completed this week in Newry for Aileen despite the rain Lol, from an overgrown garden full of weeds to a New Patio area with a step up to the old decking area( 1st photo's before and after) Excavation of garden with Micro digger then levelling all with Type 3 hardcore for foundation, then laying of 600 x 400 Tobermore Natural Flagstones set on Paving Grit with Silver Granite sand finish. New back step built with 3 new Gulleys and 2 recessed manhole covers, all Flagstones half bonded with a Charcoal Kerb from the end of the Patio with semi pink stones inset as a step to existing decking.

Another Amazing Transformation by our team 💪 😁 😁 😁 Job completed this week for James and Rachael in Rathfriland ( 1st photo's before and after) excavation of back and side garden's, then erecting of a 1.8m fence around the entire back and side of house, with 3 new gates built for the family as it was needed for security and safety purposes. Laying of over 46 sqm of Tobermore Historic Bracken Flagstones for Patio area, which was surrounded by Charcoal Kerbs for a small step down to the new Lawn level. Two new large steps built in Charcoal Kerbs inset with the same Flagstones, with a new back pathway to the side entrance of the property, all of the Flagstones and Kerbs were grouted up with Wide Gap joint filler compound. We then levelled the rest of the garden and laid Evergreen Elite Lawn on a 50mm bed of coarse sand for drainage purposes to complete the Landscaping.

End of the first week for James and Rachael in Rathfriland, excavation of the back garden and the side garden removing all old trees, bushes, and old flags.
Levelling up all of the ground then erecting of a new 1.8metre high fence around the whole of the back and side garden, Type 3 foundation of hardcore laid for a Patio area of 40sqm, which has just been started today with Tobermore Historic Bracken Flagstones. More photos next week of the completed Landscaping work, which includes new steps, new Lawn to be laid and 3 new gates to be built along with a Charcoal Kerb border around the Patio area.

Another job completed this week by our team in Newry for Eion and family, excavation of the back garden lifting old concrete flags and old lawn and sod's for the new Patio area.
Laying of Type 3 Hardcore for foundation of Patio and pathways, then Laying of 44sqm Tobermore Historic Slate Paviors on Paving Grit with a Centre circle in the same Flagstones, with a new back step and 3 new Gulleys with a pathway to the back gate and to the Granny flat beside the Gate
All Flagstones and Centre circle grouted up with Slate Wide Gap joint filler compound, with a new back gate and fencing for the customers.

Job completed by our team this week for Bill and Pauline in Newry, (1st photos before and after) Excavation of a sloped back garden removing approx 50 Tonne of soil muck and debris from the garden. Building of Securalite walling for a split level garden with new 1.8 metre fencing around the complete garden.
We brought in new topsoil and laid Evergreen Elite Lawn on the bottom level, with four steps built up to the new top level.
The top level was completed in Tobermore Beaufort Natural Flagstones with 2 new back steps built and 5 new gulleys installed along with a recessed manhole cover. The same Flagstones were laid at the side of the house, with 2 new gates built and new fencing along the side of the house to complete the Landscaping work. ( Thank you Bill and Pauline for looking after us so well X)

A job in Newry after just 7 days of work by our team is a big difference already, from a garden that had a big slope rotten old decking and overgrown with weeds. Now a two tier garden with new Securalite walling 8 blocks high on both sides with a flower bed in the centre, with new steps to the lower tier that has been laid with Evergreen Elite Lawn with coarse sand for drainage purposes.The The top tier of the garden has been levelled and Tobermore Beaufort Natural Flagstones laid, with two new steps built for Patio doors and kitchen door and new gulleys installed. The whole of the back garden and side of the house has new 1.8m fencing erected.

Another Stunning Transformation completed by us today in Belleek for Barry and Lisa, after a long hard fight with the rain and other elements. (First photos before and After) Excavation of the back garden and removing of nearly 50 Tonne of soil muck and rubble, then building of a Securalite walling with copings and filling in behind and bottom tier with 30 Tonne of Type 3 Hardcore and applying a drainage system on top tier by the field. Erecting of a 1.6m fence around the complete back garden, top tier level with 3 concrete beses for oil tank, shed base and burner. Top level completed with Evergreen Elite Lawn laid on screened Topsoil with new steps in charcoal Kerbs built to bottom level.
The bottom level was completed with 50sqm of Tobermore Shannon Bracken Paviors laid on Paving Grit, with new Acco drainage channels by the house and a new recessed manhole cover, along with a new back step in charcoal kerbs. The side and front garden were also sowed and seeded to complete the Landscaping work.

Finally getting somewhere after all the rain we have had, over 40 Tonne of soil, muck and rubble removed from the back garden.
Building a Securalite wall with new copings for top level, then nearly 40 Tonne of Hardcore put back into the garden on both levels with a new drainnige system laid on top level.
Fence erected around the entire back garden area, with 3 concrete bases installed for a shed the oil tank and burner.
All new Acco drainage channels laid ready for laying the Paving of the bottom level next week, with the walling to be returned each side and new steps to be built for access to the top level of the garden, which will be covered in screened Topsoil and then New Evergreen Elite lawn laid, more photos of completed Landscaping work next week.

Rain Rain and more rain ☔
Job in Belleek a split level garden project has not been easy with the weather, excavating of back garden then building of a Securalite wall for top tier level of the garden, moving of the oil tank and burner and setting in concrete of fence posts for new fencing to be completed around the whole back garden.
New Drainage pipes to be put in on the top level for drainage purposes,then two concrete bases for the oil tank with new shed and new Evergreen elite lawn to be laid on coarse sand. Bottom level to be completed with Tobermore Shannon Paving, with new steps to the top level of the new project.

Another job completed with Tobermore 38sqm of Shannon Slate Paviors all laid on paving Grit, old concrete steps removed and new steps built in Charcoal Kerbs inset with same Paviors. With a Charcoal Kerb border on the left side of Paving, for clients to put new plants and shrubs in the new flower bed.

Another job in Whitecross completed this week for Martin and Catherine, laying 38sqm of Tobermore Shannon Slate Paviors on paving Grit, with charcoal Kerbs as a border for the customers to put peebles and flowers into. Breaking up of old concrete steps and replacing with charcoal Kerbs inset with the same Paviors, all paving and steps finished off with silver granite sand. Another great job for two more happy customers.

Another job completed today in Camlough for Mark and Gemma, lifting old flags from the existing Patio area along with Acco drains. Laying of Tobermore Beaufort Natural Flagstones all half bonded, with a double charcoal border between the new Flagstones, finished with Silver Granite sand between the charcoal border setts and Natural Flagstones.

We are looking for an experienced digger driver who has experience in Landscaping and ground work, full time work for the successful candidate and excellent remuneration depending on experience.

Another Amazing Transformation for Gerry and Catherine after 2 weeks of blood sweat and tears, excavation of the steep front garden and removal of the old concrete driveway. Building of Tobermore Garden stone Slate walling around the driveway with copings on top of walling, then creating a top tier level for the customer with the same walling, construction of 5 new steps with charcoal Kerbs inset with Paviors to top level, building of a new front step inset with the same Paviors.
All the top level and the bottom pathway, plus new driveway are completed with Tobermore Shannon Slate Paviors, with granite silver sand between the Paviors for the finishing touch. A new Pier and wallling has been built, then plastered along with new Kerbs to the front of the driveway.
