Out of the office until 19th August for some much needed rest and recharging.

Such a loaded question that keeps us stuck, with a head full of negative thoughts and a body full of anxiety.
But what if we challenged the “what if” to be more positive? What if things turn out better than you expected? What if it’s actually ok? What if it’s not a big deal after all?
Believe in yourself and focus on your own path.
When looking back at your life be compassionate. You didn’t know then what you know now. Be curious, not judgemental.
Forward is forward ➡️ 💚 ➡️
The more often you say ‘yes’ to yourself, the easier it will become.
I talk about self-care a lot in sessions because when we are spinning all the plates of work, family, friends, hobbies, the easiest thing to neglect is our self.
If you think self-care is all meditation and mindfulnesses (great if that’s your thing!), check out the ideas below for some extra inspiration.
You can choose when to deal with your emotions, or they will choose for you.

It can be anything that brings peace, relaxation or simply feels like time well spent. Self care helps us to feel connected, refreshed and better prepared to deal with the challenges of our day to day life.
It is not a reward; it is not a luxury. Self care is an essential.
