This 1.2tdi Ibiza showed up on the back of a lorry today not driving. The customer had it at another garage and was quoted around £1200 to remove the engine and carry out a repair/replacement of a part.
Quickly diagnosed as a stuck open EGR valve and blocked DPF filter.
An hour and a half later we had the vehicle running perfectly and the customer, £1000 better off.

We carried out a DPF/EGR solution as well as giving the customer around 20% extra horsepower.

WE VISITED THIS LOCAL GARAGE TO CARRY OUT AN EGR + DPF + POWER UPGRADE.

This vehicle was suffering from DPF issues. The customer opted for removal and we were able to carry out the software correction for this. Overall this customer saved well over £1000 in parts and labour.

We had this beautiful 4.2 twin turbo V8 Porsche Cayenne in yesterday. Now up to 425bhp and a massive 700 lb/ft of torque!
