Meditation for Anxiety
A simple yet effective meditation to help reduce our anxiety, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown. Part of the reason I'm doing this meditation and releasing it is to help with mental health in general, and to raise awareness for a charity walk I'm completing in June to raise money for Action Mental Health.
