One of our youngest Wildcats, Lilah, just ended her trip to Australia on a high with a shooting session with her netball hero and England Roses player…Helen Housby! 🤩🌹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Lilah had an amazing session with Helen and learnt lots!

We’ll be getting Lilah to share what she’s learnt with everyone when she’s back at training!

Mondays 7-8pm, £5 per session (PAYG)

Our Back to Netball sessions are for participants aged 16+ and all levels of experience but will be specifically designed to cater for those who have not played for an extended period. Great for fun, fitness and socialising! 🏐

Back to Netball sessions cover the basics of the game including passing, footwork and shooting. Sessions finish with a friendly game to put the skills you have learnt into practice 😻

Mental health is important every week but amidst our busy day-to-day lives, this week reminds us to take a breather and make sure we are taking care of ourselves and those around us 🥰

If you’re reading this right now, give yourself a 5 minute break and do something that makes you feel good. If you’re on your phone at school you shouldn’t be 😂 but why not ask for a quick dance party in class and then start again - always a favourite of mine as a teacher! 💙

Huge win to finish off the season for our U16(1), 36-8 against Shipley 1s!

Our first team had their final match and win of the season yesterday! Here’s what first team captain, Flo, had to say about the 2022-23 season:

“An up and down year for our first team but ending on a MASSIVE high with huge improvements in the squad and a WINNING STREAK to place us 5th! On to next season!” 😻

Our wonderful U16(2) had a brilliant win this morning for their final match of the season…18-8! Well done for always putting 100% in every game, despite it being quite a tough season! 😻

A special mention to our lovely Y11 players who played their final match today as juniors! We can’t wait to have you at seniors training next year! 🤩

Congratulations to our U14(1) who had a fantastic win this morning! They were drawing going into the final quarter and managed to keep fighting until the end to secure a 18-16 win! We’re so proud of how much you’re all coming on individually and as a team this year 💙❤️💛

Our February half term netball camps have been a great success and everyone has worked so hard and been amazing! Thank you so much to all the girls for being a pleasure to coach and well done for all your efforts! We can’t wait for more camps in the future!
