Did you know that local people have received small pots of funding from Whitley Bay Big Local to make exciting things happen that bring people together?
Small Sparks are all about trying something- sharing your passion with others- it might just grow into something much bigger!
We've seen singing groups, running clubs, community clean-ups, poetry, baby socials, arts and crafts, environmental groups. Some were one offs.. some were the start of new ventures, new friendships!
It's fantastic what a wee bit of support and up to £200 can achieve!

CULLERCOATS LIFEBOAT CAROL SERVICE TOMORROW 🎶 🎄

It's that time of year again - time for the annual carol service held in Cullercoats Lifeboat Station with the wonderful Salvation Army Band. It starts at 7:30 pm and is completely free!

This year the Cullercoats RNLI volunteers are collecting for a food bank so if you're planning on going to the Carol Service then please take a couple of tins or a bag of pasta with you. There will be a collection box inside the Boathouse.

Everyone is invited, so go on down and have a fabulous festive evening.
