Stage 2 of the Christmas cake making, fruit cake is made after leaving the dried fruit to soak in brandy. Now I just need to add brandy to it every two weeks untill stage 3, which will be the fun part 😍

It's been a busy week of baking for customers and the cafe since I got back from my holiday. I'm very grateful for all the customers and orders I've had from everyone. We now do dairy free bakes too as I've had a few request over the last few months. I'm thinking of doing another raffle if anyone is interested? £1 a number again but 2 winners will be picked this time. Keep an eye out 😁👀

Individual Victoria sponges, never made them before so I thought I'd give it a go, really pleased with them. Now all packaged up ready for cafe@25 🙂
