My budding apprentices (aka the kiddies) will be there getting their first paid gigs. They are practicing their dance moves in preparation - they want to put on a show!

Of course bubbles aplenty - not forgetting the bubbles!!

We are officially back from our family summer holiday in Norfolk. It was an absolute blast - we had it all, sun, sea, river swimming, campfires and two trips from the tooth fairy to top it all off!

And yes, i did pack the chalk pen and fancy paper to leave a magical note, just on the off chance.

We are back to work (kind of) with a smaller schedule over the summer. Wednesday's are dedicated to Babies and Crawlers (all dates full) and Thursdays our Toddler Song and Stay - open to all super speedy crawlers, toddlers and preschoolers. Spaces still available if you fancy toddling into a world of colour and light with bubbles a plenty!

Last week we went under the sea - tonight my boy told me completely out of the blue as we were settling into bed that seaweed is not a Plant OR an animal. It stumped me - I looked it up. He's right!

Yep, am at the stage in my life where our 6 year old is starting to outsmart me. Arrrgghhh!

Another smashing week surrounded by amazing families - with this cool dude celebrating his birthday week! Absolutely have had the pleasure of watching him grow and master new skills since joining us at Parrots from 7 weeks old ❤️

We have one last trip to space tomorrow for our Toddler takeover as we take to the stars and gaze at some city lights on the big stage! A session created for all those super speedy crawlers, toddlers and preschoolers.

🌟Blackbird singing in the dead of night...🎶🌟

We did an Easter story the only way we know how at Parrots - with a Beatles medley and a little blackbird fledgjng.

I threw Harv a real curve ball at the last minute to perform this one in a nod to all of the families who were at the end of their maternity leave and will be missed at classes. He pretty much practiced this one till his fingers bled! Errr metaphorically speaking.

Hope you all had a smashing Easter - we have hung up the guitar and puppets as we head North to visit family and splash in some puddles.

We shall see you all after the Easter break for our new Spring Term starting the week of April 15th - some spaces still available for you lovely lot!

Thank you for an amazing start to the year. We have had a blast! Tis time for us to take a week off with the kiddies, recharge the batteries and find that creative spark.

Well that is the Christmas bubble popped...the kiddies are in bed, the stockings have now been replaced by book bags hung by the chimney with care (panic!)

🎄🎅We Ho-Ho-Hope you had as much fun as we did at our Santa Baby Christmas specials - we have one last hoorah planned for this Monday 18th Dec only in Abington Northampton!

We shall once again be ringing in the festive cheer at our Parrots After Party for babies and crawlers. A merry mix of songs with exploration areas - super relaxed class with dark den, ball bit of course our enchanting fibre optics.

Huge thank you to all the families who are with us for classes at the moment and to those who sent our bookings page into overdrive Monday night when we quietly launched toddler sessions. Yep, out of 120 spaces over the month there are 6 left. Incredible!

🎃 A spooktacular start to a new term...we went on a pumpkin hunt, made a witches brew, played peek-a-peek-a-BOO (still working on my copyright) and saw some sticky spiders cobwebs 🎃

Harvey may not want to hear the monster mash for another year but I could do it all over again next week!

🌆 Absolutely smashing first week back in classes - thank you to all who came, who saw, who smiled, who cried, who waved their scarves, rang their bells and crawled circles all around me!🌆

This little set of pics was the last minute project I set myself with the idea of a song to accompany it. Harvey thought I was a teeny deluded to think it could be finished and polished in time for the start of term...errrr...he knows me all too well.

This pic was taken at 11.58pm Sunday evening when our city suncatcher had had its final stitch into place...just before I turned into a pumpkin. Hoorah it was ready for Monday morning! I had 90% of the song lyrics down.

Chalking it down to a success!

We are back from a magical family trip to Wales...we had it all, sun, sea, surf, drizzle, hot tubs, castles, campfires and proposals!

Yep, after 16 years of adventures together Harvey Tilley asked the big question around the campfire and of course I said yes!

Now let's see if it takes us just as long to walk down the aisle...I shall probably still smell of bonfire!
