To present in the arena which we are improving with Tim doing his stuff chatting to owners about their cars.
Tim said that he's "honoured to be supporting the VBOA with the National Rally. Cannot wait to see what is there this year and talk to the owners in the arena."

Someone’s having a cheeky cage fitted

Congratulations on the win Sam and cracking to see!

The winner of this year's Festival of the Unexceptional! Samuel Allan drove his Astra Merit from Edinburgh. He has known the car since he was six-years old, as it belonged to an old man who lived over the road. Samuel waited many years before the car became a driveway fixture, as the old boy had to stop driving. A note through the letter box started the conversation that led to the Astra eventually making its way across the road! Samuel says he will never part with the car. Congratulations!

**Simply Vauxhall - Beaulieu Motor Museum (Saturday, July 16, 2022​)**

All Vauxhall owners are invited to drive into Beaulieu on Saturday 16 July and park up within the museum parkland for what promises to be a superb day out for owners and enthusiasts alike.

Whether you drive a Corsa, VXR8 or something a little older such as a Cresta, all models are welcome at Simply Vauxhall, which is set to provide a great opportunity to admire other’s vehicles and to connect with fellow enthusiasts. Bedfords are also welcome.

Tickets for Simply Vauxhall will go on sale on the 21st February. Make the most of our early bird pricing by purchasing your participant tickets before 31st March 2022.

A new show for 2022!!

Vaux Valves is a brand new Show for 2022 at Brands Hatch and will be celebrating everything Vauxhall Motors.
Brands Hatch will be filled with Vauxhall displays cars from individuals and owners’ clubs showing off their pride and joys. Fans attending Vaux Valves will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite Vauxhall from all of the cars on display, and prizes will be awarded to the winning owners.
Vauxhall race cars will be on display in the Show Area to celebrate the glories of Vauxhall motorsport, whilst on-circuit fans can enjoy an eclectic mix of national club racing from the British Racing Sports Car Club.
Supported by the Vauxhall, Bedford, Opel Association (VBOA) this is a must see event in 2022 for all Vauxhall enthusiasts.

Display your car
Display car applications for Vaux Valves are NOW OPEN, and successful applicants will be able to purchase a discounted ticket for the driver at £14 (standard advance price is £20).

All display car owners will have the opportunity to parade their car on the Indy race circuit at the end of the event, at no extra cost!!!

Fans attending Vaux Valves will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite Vauxhall, Bedford and Opel from all of the cars on display, and prizes will be awarded to the winning owners

I would like to announce that this year the club will be releasing a Mk3 Astra calendar for the year 2022 coming up. This calendar will be filled with all the best pictures you can possible send to us of your pride and joy in different places. Nice back grounds, on track or just on the drive look fresh!

Previous years have been very popular so I am going to get the ball rolling now and ready for delivery before the start of the year.

We are pleased to announce the VBOA Rally 2021 running from the 2nd to the 4th of July at Sywell Aerodrome.

Due to Covid-19, It is intended that we will run a COVID safe event (within govt rules and regulations), but where government restrictions prevent the show from going ahead, you will be offered a refund or where available you will be able to roll your booking to the next available date.

Come and join one of the largest gatherings of Vauxhall, Bedford, Opel and other GM branded products in the UK. Show your car with an affiliated club or just come to appreciate some rare cars. There is a full programme of arena entertainment, Motorsport taster session (Saturday only), and static displays from 30+ clubs covering models from 1903 all the way through to current production.
Children’s rides and activities including a great climbing wall will be available for an additional charge of £5 per day for unlimited rides / climbs.
There will also be food stalls and trade stalls.
Camping is available on site and a live music will be playing for those staying on Friday and Saturday nights.

Admire the type of cars you wished you had never sold, the type of cars your parents had when you were a child, the type of cars you wish you owned, the type of cars you learnt to drive in or had road trips with your friends in!. Chat with others that are passionate about their cars in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Booking can be made over the phone If you REALLY cannot use a booking system, on 07537979054, please note that the person(s) taking the call are volunteers and may not be able to take your call immediately please leave a name, number and ideal time to call back if you are unable to get through. WhatsApp is active on this number too.

As the VBOA Rally 2021 will be held on an Airfield, it is imperative that no one from your booked party (adults or children) cross the the fencing or barriers between our area and the live part of the airfield. Anyone seen or caught crossing the fence/barrier will be ejected from the event and banned from 2022’s event.

NOTE: Camping is free Sunday night. There is no camping Thursday night, but there are hotel rooms available

This evening we have received the below from the VBOA regards the 2021. So if you booked last year your tickets roll over. Once we have more information we will cascade it to you all.

Good Evening,
It has been a tough year for all, and we have a glimmer of hope and joy for you.

We have booked Sywell Aerodrome for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of July 2021.

The event will be dedicated to Ian Virco who sadly passed away on the 6th of December. He was a fabulous force of good not just within the VBOA community but also with the wider car community.

All bookings (hotel, camping, day tickets etc) made for the 2020 event will be honoured for 2021. A new confirmation email will come out to all who booked in 2019/2020 to gain entry to the 2021 show.

We will open the 2021 event shop on the website in the coming days, and update everything accordingly.

Good Afternoon,

It is with great sadness that the VBOA Events Team have come to the difficult decision to postpone the VBOA Rally 10-12th July 2020, until July 2021. It would be too close to any restriction easing to ensure we can deliver the kind of show we all want with the mindset of your health being the most important thing.

We have no exact dates yet; we want to ensure it does not clash with the Formula 1, which is assumed to be confirmed later this year.

All bookings (hotel, camping, day tickets etc) made for the 2020 event will be honoured next year.

We will come back in 2021 with a big party!

We have just had confirmation that the VBOA Rally is cancelled for this year understandably. It's a great shame but the show will return for 2021.

We will see what happens later today. We will keep you updated on the show
