Where will we be serving up next?

Catering for events is far from simply showing up the day before and serving food for a few days. It involves a tremendous amount of preparation and work beforehand. This includes completing all the necessary paperwork and legal requirements, managing the logistics of transporting the units to the site (often involving many hours of travel on the M1), procuring stock, ensuring all equipment is operational, and securing power, water, and internet. Leaving site in the early hours of the days before the event sorting bits out. Additionally, it requires preparing the units for service, setting up signs and menus, organizing the tills, and coordinating staff accreditation, parking, and camping. Each day begins early, often at 5:00 AM, to ensure everything is ready for the day ahead. Although it is a lot of hard work, seeing an artist you grew up with, especially one who rarely visits the country, makes it all worthwhile.

We are looking for someone to join our team to help with logistics and event work over the next few months.

Duties include:
- Driving vehicles to location
- Collecting stock
- Setting units up for events
- Assisting during events

MUST be over 25, have a car licence (HGV is a bonus) and be happy with staying away at times

Given the frequent inquiries we receive about these endeavours, we figured it’s high time we embark on this exciting venture!
