If the river Rhone can clean itself like this in 3 weeks I guess for the sake of the planet I'm happy to live under curfew and have the government track my phone...

One thing I have learned during the 'Corona crisis' is cake. I now love to eat it and you can make it in a mug the microwave (mug cake), or in a pan (pan cake) or the oven ( just 'cake') you can even put carrots in it (carrot cake) or chocolate (chocolate cake). I have learned many things about cake.

Normalement avec le travail, tu dors 8 heures, travailles au moins 8, et le reste du temps tu te douches, manges et tu as peut-être 3 ou 4 heures pour toi. Maintenant si nous dormons 8 heures, nous en avons 16, donc chaque jour est l'équivalent de 4 journées. Utilise tes hueres ⏳⏰☀️

Normally with work, you sleep 8 hours, work at least 8, and the rest of the time you shower, eat and you may have 3 or 4 hours for yourself. Now if we sleep 8 hours, we have 16, so each day is the equivalent of 4 days. Use your hours. ⏳⏰☀️

Forrest mushroom- inspired by the nature and caves of Roquefort.

The importance of the growth of the fungi within the cheese is fundamental to its unique taste. Buried under the cocoa, hazelnut and buckwheat flower soil (Merci ) you find melting roquefort, served with wild garlic pesto glazed 'logs' and sh*take tuile branches.

Ying Yang Scotch Egg: death trumpet puree, white roots and wakame puree, white roots, soft egg wrapped in sage & soy chickpeas with a sesame and pistachio crumb.

Not Carbonara: Thai curry jelly egg yolk, spaghetti squash with coriander, mint and ginger yoghurt, carrot lardons & grated almond.

Oyster Mushroom Fajitas: Homemade wrap with guacamole revisited and picklali.

Raised Roots: diced winter roots, pastry discs, confit potato, cavelo nero veloute, pomegranate and radish.

Amuse Bouche: Crispy ring, harissa cream, cashew and garlic cream, pomegranate & coriander.

Sea vegetables (no photo): samphire, wakame and Savoy cabbage in white wine sauce with fennel, caper and dill salad.
