Chris’s was recently with us for a Jenvey Throttle Body Conversion enclosed within a Carbon Air box to try and keep the noise down on Trackdays.
After Installation and mapping, the produced 224.8BHP and 163.8LB/FT with gains across the entire rev range.

This 1986 Toms Toyota 86C was brought to us by pearsonsengineering for a conservative engine calibration session before its first test day after a recommission.
This 86C is powered by a Link ECU and Ecumaster PMU.

It’s not often that we don’t want a customer to collect their car, but Dave’s absolutely perfect R34 GTR was definitely one of these cases.
It came to use to diagnose an exhaust leak (which was the turbo gaskets) as well as a service, Cambelt change and finished with a full chassis setup.

Northampton Motorsport and Bourne HPP recently collaborated on Jim’s Wolf GB08CN Race Car.
Northampton Motorsport supplied and installed a full Life Racing Engine management suite including and PDU with a bespoke chassis and engine loom with full calibration.
Bourne HPP rebuilt the Honda Engine to their spec which includes RRC inlet system with an 82mm Bosch drive by wire throttle body and exhaust system. The engine was mapped by Bourne and features a dry sump system.

Joe’s Lotus Elise was first brought to us for engine calibration but we were unable to get a result due to a water damaged ECU plus some wiring gremlins.
We upgraded him to an Ecumaster Classic ECU with a bespoke wiring loom as well as a few upgrades along the way.

Matts Supercharged Clio RS200 was with us today for engine calibration seeking track reliability and improved drivability.
This Clio is controlled by an Ecumaster Black and produced 340BHP and 260LB/FT

Ryan’s Es**rt RS Cosworth was recently with us to install and calibrate a Life Racing D8 dash, install and set up wheel speed sensors as well and run through the engine and flat shift calibration.
This Es**rt is powered by a F88 ECU.

Micks MK2 Es**rt was with us today for engine calibration vs to end a three year project in completely rebuilding this Es**rt.
It features a 2.0L BDG Jondel Race Engines which produced 252BHP and 167LB/FT.

Sam's leaves us today after an Ecumaster engine management conversion with a bespoke wiring harness and the addition of a set of Jenvey throttle bodies.
This kit improves the drivability, reliability as well as overall performance from the carburettors which were previously fitted.

From being driven by early in his career in , staring in “The Racers” with and is now owned by Simon Taylor who was the BBCs Radio Correspondent for over 20 years.
We had the pleasure of balancing the Rochester , set the ignition and completed some power test runs.

Alex’s 1971 was with us today for engine calibration.
Unlike a usual , this Clubman has a Honda engine installed in the rear with a supercharger, TTS Plenum and is controlled by a DTAFast ECU.
After mapping, the engine produced a whopping 394bhp and 252lbft!

Jason's 2.5L powered compact rally car was recently with us with for engine run in, calibration and setup.
Along with the Duratec engine, this E36 is running with a Quaife Engineering G60 gearbox, ECU and flat shift setup.

Dave’s VW Scirocco Sprint car was with us today to have its new engine run in and mapped.
This Scirocco has recently also had a full Ecumaster engine management install along with a fresh set of Jenvey Throttle Bodies.
After calibration, the 2.0l 16v engine produced 232bhp and 173 lb/ft.

This Iconic was recently with us to sympathetically replace the original with a new F88 engine control unit. The Life is an industry leading modern electronics unit with calibration strategies that have been perfected at the highest levels of international motorsport.
With only 13 race cars built by Porsche in the late 90’s they are both rare and fast and the engine represented the pinnacle of the fuel injected air cooled engines before Porsche switched to the more conventional water cooled engine design.
