The Northampton Carnival
This is the official page of Northampton Carnival by the organisers Northampton Carnival Arts Consortium
The event has two parts to it β the carnival parade of floats and troupes and the stalls and stage performances at the venue. Every year there is a theme for the parade and this gives opportunities for creative interpretations which make the parade a spectacular sight. Leading up to the event we also run workshops that assist paraders in bringing their ideas to life. The parade usually leaves from the venue and travels in to town and returns to the starting point.
Northampton Carnival 2024 was a success π, Thank you to all the stall holders, amazing food, performers/paraders, backstage crew, organisers and everyone who came out to enjoy the celebrations π
We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did β¨
