Our CEM, Emma Moorcraft, recently delivered Nurse Call training to the dedicated Day and Night staff at HMT's Norden House Care Home in Littlehampton. This 64-bedroom facility has recently been equipped with our industry-leading CLB Acoustic Monitoring and advanced Nurse Call systems.
Staff particularly appreciated the feature of being able to set alerts for when a resident exits the patio area. They also liked the range of call options available directly from the handset, such as emergency, assist, and cardiac alerts, eliminating the need to return to the control panel each time. This innovation significantly frees up staff time and fosters a more efficient and less stressful environment.

This week, we want to shine a spotlight on the incredible work and dedication of the staff at Epilepsy Society. Their commitment to improving the lives of those affected by epilepsy is truly inspiring. 💜
We have recently installed our CLB Acoustic Monitoring, advanced Nurse Call, and Visual Sensors in all six Epilepsy Society houses. These installations enable closer monitoring of residents, prevent falls, and ensure overall safety and wellbeing. Recognising the importance of wellbeing, they commenced an initiative during World Wellbeing Week for their staff to really show appreciation of the hard work they do all year round.
As part of this initiative, our CEM Emma, very kindly took some delicious Adaptive Care cupcakes and goodies to show our gratitude for their tireless efforts in promoting wellbeing and providing support to individuals living with epilepsy not just during World Wellbeing Week, but every day. 🧁🤗

Following on from yesterday’s post congratulating Ed of WCS Care on his OBE, here’s an article diving deeper into Ed’s amazing work over the years, where he began, his journey of innovation and how he was the first person to install and use our CLB acoustic monitoring technology in a UK care home!

Antonina, the manager at Grasmere, sent an email expressing her gratitude for the exceptional training provided by Darren. She praised his expertise, dedication and the informative and engaging nature of the training.
