Putting the feelers out there on whom would be intrested in a introduction to Shamanic drumming workshop.
Looking at 20th of September in Northwich
2 hour workshop between the hours of 3-5pm

Drumming creates a powerful state of presence, which takes you out of processing the past or worrying about the future (and out of your stress response) and brings you instead into a state of freedom within the present moment, where everything is possible.

We will touch briefly on the history of drumming
Two types of Meditation- the first being a sound bath, sit or lie and truly relax.
Then you will have the pleasure to have a go of a drum yourself.
Shamanic dance too.
