Please note monday and Thursdays class will have the same content. Wednesdays class will be adapted slightly for older children.
While I can accommodate some dietary requirements, children with coeliac and severe egg dairy and nut allergies will not be able to participate due to the classes being held in a kitchen that uses all these ingredients.

Our Story
Hello and welcome to Dessert First. What started out as a hobby grew into something more; making dessert makes me happy and I wanted to share that happiness with others. I began to make dessert for my family, and then I arranged dessert evenings and invited friends to try my inventions. This then evolved into a platform where I could share my knowledge with others and since completing my qualification as a pastry chef, I have endeavoured to create bespoke classes for adults and children where they can come and learn the tips a tricks to create beautiful simple desserts at home in a fun and relaxed environment. Since then we have held classes that are not just dessert related but cuisines such as Malaysian factor high on our most popular classes list.
So if you are having a dinner party and you want something homemade but don't have the time or energy to make it yourself or are you hosting a get together, large or small and want smaller dessert canapes or a selection of large desserts?
You might be having a mehndi party and want something different at your dessert table?
Dessert First also offers amazing children’s parties, holiday clubs, Novelty children and parent baking classes, adult classes for leisure or for a novel way to celebrate a birthday, hen or babyshower, Team building sessions for your small company gatherings and so much more.
