Coronavirus is now affecting overcrowded refugee and displacement camps, such as Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh, as well as places devastated by conflict like Yemen, Syria and South Sudan. Oxfam's local staff and partners are working to stop the spread of the virus, and to support people facing hunger because of lost income.

Together with other member charities in the Disasters Emergency Committee, we have launched an urgent appeal to help the most vulnerable families to protect themselves. Please give what you can today.

5 years of conflict have effectively destroyed or disabled more than half of Yemen's health facilities.

As Coronavirus cases surge and international aid dries up, yesterday's Yemen donor pledging conference failed to keep up with growing needs.

The only lasting solution for Yemen is a ceasefire.

The international community needs to halt all arms transfers to Saudi Arabia and other warring parties.

This is not acceptable.

At Oxfam we are resolved more than ever to continue to fight inequality and address the root causes of poverty and suffering.
