We've had to take some time closed this year due to Elska caring for a poorly relative, but we are open again, part-time. We've had to change things a little:
We are only able to open during school term times at the moment, which affects mainly packages. But we are able to offer individual treatments still.
Thank you to those of you who have contacted us, only to be met with an answer machine or email auto-reply - we are getting round to contacting everyone as soon as we can. Please do contact us now, if you wish to, or if you think you've been missed.

This is why we must practice walking away and delaying our responses by giving ourselves time between the event and our response. Anything in between that is likely to be a reaction.

Becoming aware that someone might be weaponising your reactions, you now have something to appease your ego. People always ask me how they can respond instead of reacting. My answer, firstly, is that it is not always possible. Sometimes, you react.

However, our ego often cannot stand the feeling of injustice, mistreatment or wrongdoing and feels it must speak up and do “what’s right”. The question is right for who? It will feel uncomfortable, maybe even wrong but our decisions dictate our behaviour and our behaviour decides our lives.

You have far more influence over this than you would allow yourself to believe. Do not make the other person’s objective easier by giving them the ingredients for a recipe for disaster.
