There are too many highlights to summarise in 10 photos and a few words. From getting engaged back in March to ❤️ ❤️ to making my debut in the and wrecking the car at the first weekend in the process 🤦🏻‍♂️

Lots of good times with good people and I'm grateful to everyone who has been a part of it.

I'm very late with this post, but we're here at the end of my first season in 💥

⚫️ Race 2 - DNF
⚪️ Race 3 - P17
🔴 Fireworks - Spectacular! 🎆

After a disappointing Saturday, I was determined to end the year on a high in races two and three.

Sadly, race two was over before it started after contact on the very first lap damaged the steering and rendered the car undrivable, resulting in only the second DNF of the year.

The amazing team at worked their magic to repair the car in time for the final race of the day and finally things started to go our way. From the back of the grid we managed to finish 17th overall to deliver a much needed positive result to end the weekend.

A truck parade and a huge fireworks display rounded out a thoroughly enjoyable rollercoaster of a debut season in the Mini Challenge.

Now, onto 2024!

An interesting weekend in Trophy at

⚫️ Race 1 - p25
⚪️ Race 2 - p22
🔴 Race 3 - p25

A crash on pretty much the first lap of testing (entirely my own fault!) put me a session behind everyone else and with no prior testing at this circuit this season I felt on the back foot immediately.

Race 1 was tough after a poor qualifying but progress was made and I went into Sunday feeling confident.

Race 2 was wet and could've been so much better if I'd have been a bit braver but the pace was good.

Race 3 was back to dry and a poor start followed by an unfortunate collision at the hairpin where I was collected by another car put me way out of contention.

Although the results don't look great there were lots of positives to take away from this weekend and I finally feel like I'm starting to gel with the car.

Onto Silverstone in just 3 weeks time for the penultimate meeting of 2023 🤞🏻📈

Throwback to last year at in the old Cooper S. After a scary brake failure in free practice we went on to score an overall top 10 and narrowly missed a class podium due to an ABS issue late in the race eventually finishing 4th in class.

Here's hoping for some more of the same next week when I return with Trophy and .

Disappointing...

One photo and one word that just about sums up last weekend at Croft.

I'm a bit late with a post-weekend update after Sunday as I've been taking some time to reflect on my performance.

The boys and girls at and in particular once again gave me a great car but I just couldn't drag a competitive lap time out of it all weekend.

Coming away from the weekend with another set of results that are a long way off where I'd hoped to be is difficult. It's hard to accept that you're perhaps not quite as good as you hoped you'd be, when faced with such stiff competition, but that's where we are.

All that being said, I recognise how fortunate I am to be able to do this at all and I've worked hard to be on this grid. We'll keep moving forward and with a few changes being made in the background regarding race prep and training I'm still confident that we'll be able to find whatever it is that missing at the moment.

Next up my favourite circuit on the calendar. Progress is coming! 📈

Qualifying this morning was tricky with very few opportunities to pick up the all important tow through the fast sectors 1 & 2.

Race 1 was great fun but a couple of mistakes hampered overall progress.

Race 2 will be live on ITV4 tomorrow afternoon and I'll be looking to keep improving and moving further forward.
