November is here, and even though we should be remembering our falling all year round.
This is the month where most do their remembering .

It's such a complex thing. But done right, it's wonderful.
Don't be fooled by all the fancy posts and stories. You see hear, there and elsewhere.
If you really want to sort your doet out.
Here are the right people to seek out for tips and advice.
•You can only seek and get ADVICE from a personal trainer. That is all they are qualified to do. Ask questions, but they don't have all the answers.
Personal trainers are trained to help you with physical activity. They do this in a few weeks or months.
•A nutrition coach can help you with a lot of information on what's good and bad for you. They can give you numbers for your macros and calorie intake. They can recommend things to add or change in your diet. They can do all that, Plus a number of other facts and figures to help you reach your goals.
A nutrition coaches train for a year or so, purely on nutrition to learn what is needed to help you get the ideas and tools to reach your goals.
•A DIETITIAN is the ONLY qualified person to give you a diet plan. And therefore tell you what to eat daily. They have studied for years to get this degree. A dietitian studied for a minimum of 2 years to get a degree. So they can help people with health and nutrition issues. They will go above and beyond to do this.
So, STOP........
Paying your average gym PT or even an online coach. For nutrition plans as they aren't qualified. Plus, they probably just copied it from someone else who knows nothing about it or you.
If you want help with nutrition, seek the right advice from the right people and stop wasting your money on people who don't actually care about you. All they just want the show off the results to make them look good.

Deadlifts.
if you love em or hate them. they are needed for alot of things in the gym or everyday life.
If you want to improve on your Deadlifts and be shown how to correctly achieve a good form.
I'm looking for 4 to 6 people to do 1 class a week for a month going over Deadlifts with a barbell, dumbbells and kettlebells.
£10 each per week.
if this works well we can look at doing something else.
