Really happy with how this one turned out (pardon the pun). Amazing variety of work here at Redco Limited. It’s great to see the new Lynx 2600SY working its magic. See below’s latest job off of said machine, a ball joint shaft with a spherical tolerance of 0.03mm (total).

Today we said farewell to one of our longest serving employees, Technical Sales Manager Dave Sparrow.

Twenty seven years ago Mike (right) took on Dave to help kick start Redco as an engineering business. Over the years he’s become one of our most esteemed engineers, with his expertise and experience playing a key part in the evolution of Redco.

Proud moment today presenting the Redco Ltd and Red Dragon Signs & Graphics fundraising cheque (£1,864.35!) to East Anglian Air Ambulance Community Fundraising Lead, Luke Abendroth.

Business Manager David and Marketing Coordinator Louise were also treated to a tour of the EAAA’s base and watched the helicopter respond to an emergency call out. A real bittersweet privilege to see the crew take off knowing they were on their way to rescue someone in critical need of their help.

Our Charity Of The Year for 2024 is Big C Cancer Charity!

Based in Norwich, Big C provides support and information to people affected by cancer. This amazing local charity also funds crucial research to help prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.

To mark this year’s series of fundraising events we held a Big Cuppa morning. Thank you everyone who took part and tucked into tea, coffee and doughnuts! Even Blue the dog got involved! 🍩

We spent this morning with our charity of the year, East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity learning life saving skills!

As well as recognising the signs of a cardiac arrest, our team learned how to effectively deliver CPR and use a defibrillator (AED).

Well done everyone for taking part! Special thanks to Simone for providing our team with such a fun and informative course!

When it comes to the mental wellbeing of our staff, we practice a non judgmental, open minded approach, and always encourage compassion, communication and kindness amongst our team.

We’re still learning and improving with the lovely crew at Thriving Workplaces, developing effective ways to combat stress and anxiety. From staff feedback sessions to after work social events!
