Tara Thai Bistro is open from Monday to Tuesday between 12:00 and 18:30, with the last order at 18:00. On Wednesday to Saturday, the restaurant extends its opening hours from 12:00 to 22:00, with the last order at 21:30. This makes it a great spot to drop by for lunch, dinner, or drinks with friends or colleagues.

How to Cook Creamy Tom Yum Kung
1.Put water in a pot and heat it as strong as possible.
2.With lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, sugar and tamarind
3.Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until bubbling is noticed.
4.Add shrimp, onion, chili paste and mushroom.
5.Continue to boil for about 10 minutes until the shrimps are cooked well.
6.Add chili and tomato followed by evaporated milk.
7.Stir well, turn off the stove and squeeze the lemon accordingly.
8.Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
