💚Children’s Mental Health Week!💚
Making time to take care of yourself is something that is so often over looked in it’s prioritisation, especially as parents with kids to put first, and as children who don’t necessarily appreciate the importance. Looking after your own well-being should always be a priority, even if it’s just taking a bath, doing a face mask, or going for a little walk.
Being kind to yourself physically is important, but so is being kind to your mind. It is natural to want nothing but happiness for your children, but it is unrealistic to expect them to never have bad days. We are all human, and no one is perfect, so be kind enough to allow yourself to take time for you.
