Elsie, Sebastian, Lilah & Lise took part in the Midsummer Gala this weekend at the Sportspark, UEA.
This was their first time swimming a long course 50m pool, and we are so proud of you all! You have all worked so hard!

Lengths
• Learn to Swim

Our Lengths Classes have a maximum ratio of 12:1. These children must have completed our Deep End Classes or level 6/8 from previous lessons elsewhere.

This session is for swimmers who are truly loving swimming and want to improve on their stamina. It is our target that all swimmers can swim up to 200m without stopping by the end of their swimming experience with us. This shows a true mastery of swimming and will give you the confidence that your child is completely safe in water, opening the door to their next level of adventure from snorkelling to paddle-boarding, sailing to kayaking, they will have the skills and experience to enjoy the rest of their life around water with a happy and safe mindset.

Our 30 minute Lengths lessons are once a week and are available Monday, Thursday and Sundays at the Hewett Academy Pool, priced at £27.50 a month (with reductions for for siblings)

Intermediate
• Learn to Swim

Our Intermediate Class has a maximum ratio of 10:1. These children must have completed either our Beginner Learn to Swim lessons or level 3/4 from previous lessons elsewhere.

In this class we add more skills and strokes to the swimmers repertoire by introducing breaststroke and dolphin/butterfly strokes, skulling and deep water orientation.
This will gently prepare your swimmer for deep water and give them the confidence that every child needs.

Our 30 minute Intermediate Learn to Swim lessons are once a week and are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays at the Hewett Academy Pool, priced at £27.50 a month (with reductions for for siblings)

Beginners
• Learn to Swim

Our Beginners Learn to Swim lessons have the lowest possible teacher:children ratios you will find in any class in Norwich at 8:2, and our teachers will be in the water, keeping them safe as they learn. We will work on their water confidence with fun and repetition, beginning with swimming 10m on their front and back with floats, and building to 10m without floats.

They will be ready to move on to the next stage when they have been awarded with their 5m and 10m swimming certificates.

Parent & Baby Sessions
• Learn to Swim

We have casual Parent and Child swimming sessions, suitable from 0 years old, perfect for parents who wish to get their little ones in the water as soon as possible.

The sessions are 30 minutes long at the Hewett Academy Pool, on Sunday mornings at 11 am and cost just £27.50 a month

Our Summer Swim School is a great way to build your child’s confidence and ability by swimming everyday for a week! ( or more! ) We have sessions available for Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced level swimmers. This years Summer Swim School will be available Monday-Friday, from 22nd July to 16th August, and costs just £7.50 per 30 minute lesson / £37.50 per week. Many of our swimmers love our Summer Swim School so much they book for 2 weeks or more…

• Half Term Holiday Reminder

Little Fish Swimmers finish on Sunday 26th May for Half Term, and return to scheduled lessons week beginning Monday 3rd June.

The Piranhas have Half Term training sessions on Tuesday 28th 4pm-6pm, Thursday 30th May 5p-7pm and Sunday 2nd June 10am-12pm.
