Just a message to say, thank you to everyone who has made my time at Pablo so special! Today was sadly my last day and I’ve had such a lovely time getting to know all of you and working alongside such a brilliant team of people! I’m now passing my position on to the lovely Dawn, who I know will be absolutely brilliant and continue to make Pablo a great place to live and work 🥰

From Monday 5th December we will be having parcel collection times, meaning you can only collect parcels between the hours of 2pm and 5pm ONLY.
This information will be printed out over the property to ensure you are aware of the following changes that we are making.

Secondly, we are going paperless! We are very excited about this news and hope that you are too! Please read carefully so you know how to collect your parcels without using the paper sheet at reception..
You will receive a notification via our KLIQ app as usual when post arrives for you, you will need to come between the hours of 2pm and 5pm and tell us your parcel. This is the same method as our paper at reception, just via the app instead.

We would like to remind you, if you do not have the app you will not be able to collect your parcel. It is company policy that all parcels need to be shown via the app otherwise we cannot let you take them. if you have any issues downloading the KLIQ app or logging in, please come down to reception where we can help you!

In respect of Remembrance Day, Pablo Fanque House will be taking part in a two minutes silence on Friday 11th a November at 11am. Please feel free to join us in reception to help honour the lives lost. Lest we forget ❤️
