Skills/ Requirements:
-GDC number
-Ability to execute clinical decision making
-Patient first mentality
-Able to work as part of a team dynamic
-Hold a valid NHS Performer number
-Provide evidence of area team inclusion
-Have a keen eye for detail
-Able to write constructive, contemporaneous clinical notes
-Demonstrate Personal Development
-Takes an active interest in career progression
