It’s 2 minutes , see if you can take 2 minutes to notice your breath and listen to the waves . 2 minutes slowing down can make all the difference. Hi Pom! We hope this finds you well mid week ? This is probably our most random mindful moment video .. but there was something very relaxing about watching these cows just chomping !! We thought we would share it with you for a couple of minutes of just being in the moment. Did you hear what the cow said to their therapist ? “ I feel seen, but not herd …” 😂😂😂😂 Things that can help lift our feelings a little : ⭐️A ten min walk a day can really help us feel better. Can you get our round the block ? ⭐️smiling at someone , finding someone / something that might make you have a little chuckle . Sending love and hoping these cows amooze you 🐄🐄😀😀

Hi POM 🙌🙌 We got out today for a stomp ! Do you know why walking is good for your mental health ? It improves your overall mood And releases endorphins into our bodies - the good stuff ! Endorphins are known to not only boost our mood but also to lower our stress levels. One of the benefits of walking on a daily basis is that it allows us to unwind. Even if it is only for 15 minutes, going for a daily walk is essential and has a significant impact on our mood throughout the day. Walking reduces stress and anxiety and being physically active helps lower the risk of clinical depression, and spending more time in nature can also help to quiet the mind. So if I feel overwhelmed, anxious or stressed I get out on a stomp ! Can you get out this weekend ?

Hi Pom Wow it’s been a busy few months ! Today was time to get out and get moving , get some light and get some quiet time away from the every day . Have you been able to do anything today to check in on how you feel ? If not can you take 2 min now to look at the water with us ? Don’t underestimate the importance of you . Hi Pom! We’re about to move house and I forgot how unsettling that can be. Change can impact us more than we realise. The uncertainty of what’s to come and what to leave behind even if it’s a good change , change can still leave us feeling anxious. My house is a mess , I’ve been stripping cushion covers cleaning and sorting and felt myself feeling snappy and sad and so I just stopped. I gave myself 1 and a half minutes. Doesn’t sound a lot does it ? but I just stopped to catch myself and we all deserve a moment to stop. Here’s my minute and a half to share with you. Tune in , take a min for yourself ? How are you ? We hope you’re moving out of lockdown as best as you can. It’s important to remember that the whole world has experienced a time of fear and panic which has brought us change . You might be feeling drained and tired , frustrated and stressed? Maybe your snappy or tearful? All these feelings are to be expected from something as huge as a global pandemic ! The rug has well and truely been pulled from under us all! All of these are not easy to experience in such an unknown time. We hope somewhere in the last few months it’s given you a chance to think or consider and take forward something that has made you realise what you need ... or maybe what you don’t need anymore. We share with you today a moment captured by Tim Chang . Did you know that butterflies lives are very short ...they also have periods of being dormant .
