Hi POM🙌 we have been thinking a lot about the link between food & mood !
We have some great resources to share with you including this information from MIND & two very interesting and life changing books !! Since reading these we have certainly made big changes to what we eat and have felt positive impact on mental health too!
Of course we totally get that sometimes we lean on food to regulate emotions , that makes total sense ! We also know that our bodies will hang on to food when we are in a survival state if tough stuff is happening in our life .
We also have added a link to a free 10 week nutrition course in Norfolk that meets weekly to learn more about looking after yourselves. Totally non shaming kind environment with an exercise class after 🙌🙌
